Vérité artifacts are dispatched from our secure facility. Due to the manual inspection process of each numbered unit, please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing and dispatch.
We utilize DHL Express or FedEx International Priority for all shipments. Tracking numbers are issued via email upon dispatch. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
International Duties:
For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These are the sole responsibility of the receiver.
02 / Return Policy
Due to the strictly limited nature of this release (50 units), we maintain a rigorous return protocol.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the artifact must be:
- Unworn and free of any scratches or signs of use.
- In its original packaging with the wax seal intact on the authenticity envelope.
- Accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days of inspection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective.
03 / Privacy
Vérité respects the anonymity of its collectors. We collect only the data necessary to fulfill your acquisition (Name, Shipping Address, Email). Payment data is processed securely via Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties, except as required for logistics (shipping carriers).
